The fundamentals for investement in the region are: an unsaturated market, significant poential for capital growth, low entry prices, low development costs, rising disposable incomes and encouraging government incentives.

The Agriculture market in Central and Eastern Europe is growing again. The reasons for investment in this sector are well known: strong risk adjusted returns, an appreciating asset class underpinned by global population growth, a strong hedge against infaltion, counter-cyclical returns, biofuels policy led demand and a tangible asset that is not correlated with other financial instruments, but if only everything was that straight forward.
