Portfolio and asset management
Regularly reviewing property portfolios and tenant schedules, we provide recommendations to maintain and improve investment performance. This may include redevelopment and refurbishment, as well as improving tenant covenant strength and lease terms.
Rent collection and credit control
Liaising closely with our accounts department, we help ensure monies are paid on time and accounts and financial information is provided to satisfy clients’ individual needs.
Service charge administration
Where buildings are in multi occupancy, we prepare budgets, organise and manage ongoing and strategic maintenance, ensure compliance with statutory obligations, invoice and collect monies as well as reconcile financial reports.
Lease management and compliance
We work with tenants to help ensure they are aware of, and comply with, their obligations. Should the need arise, we work with lawyers to recommend the best method of rent recovery. Together with our building survey department we will prepare schedules of dilapidation where required for tenants to carry out repairs.
